Olano Appoints Kris Randall as Head of Digital Learning Solutions to Revolutionise Learning Experience
Olano, part of Nicholas Associates Group, a leading provider of bespoke learning products and services, is proud to announce the promotion of Kris Randall to the position of Head of Digital Learning Solutions. In this role, Kris will not only lead Olano but also take on a crucial L&D leadership role focused on crafting and implementing an organisation’s digital learning strategy.
With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Kris has proven himself to be a valuable asset to our Group. He joined us in 2012 as a Digital Content Designer for Nicholas Associates Software, where he excelled in front-end web application development, UI design, and digital animation and video design.
Over the years, Kris’s role evolved as he found himself working more with the Business Consultancy team. This eventually led him to move over to Nicholas Associates Consulting, a traditional Learning and Development consulting practice. As trends in the market changed, Kris saw an opportunity to take the team in a new digital direction. In 2017, he took on the role of managing the team and pushed for more motion, engagement, and excitement in training courses.
In 2019, Kris made the bold decision to rebrand the business to Olano, feeling that the previous brand no longer reflected the company’s personality or offerings. With his knowledge and skills, he successfully led the rebranding process internally, showcasing his leadership and creativity.
In his new role as Head of Digital Learning Solutions, Kris will continue to drive innovation and revolutionise the learning experience for Olano’s clients. He will leverage emerging technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning to fully engage users of Olano’s bespoke learning products and services.
Kris Randall is excited to take on this new challenge and is committed to driving Olano towards a more digital future. “I am honoured to be appointed as Head of Digital Learning Solutions at Olano,” said Kris. “I look forward to working with the team to create innovative and engaging learning solutions that will positively impact our clients’ businesses.”
